Once your free trial ends and your subscription is charged, refunds are not offered for active billing periods. If you believe you've been charged in error, or if there are special circumstances, contact [email protected] and we'll review your case.
All payments are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. We do not store your payment details. Paddle handles all tax compliance (VAT, GST, sales tax) globally. You can subscribe monthly or yearly (yearly saves you ~33%).
Yes. Your trading journal data (entries, strategies, notes, screenshots) is tied to your account and preserved even if your subscription lapses. When you resubscribe — whether monthly or yearly — all your previous data will be there exactly as you left it.
If you don't renew, your journal access will be revoked but your data remains archived in your account. Resubscribe at any time to pick up where you left off. For course purchases, access may be limited after 6 months without renewal.
