Start Hub Trading Limited d.b.a. DFamily Trading is the data controller for personal information collected through our services, including journal.dfamilytrading.com and dfamilytrading.com.

Trading Data: Your trade entries, strategies, notes, and screenshots. Stored securely and only accessible to you and authorized team members for support.
Payment Information: We do not store payment card details. All payments are processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

Your trading journal data is stored using Netlify's encrypted Blob Store with industry-standard security including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and secure authentication.
